Christian McCaffrey was announced as the cover face of Madden NFL 25, and his fiancée Olivia Culpo is delighted about her future husband’s achievement. Culpo took to her Instagram profile to share the news of McCaffrey’s recent collaboration, along with her wholesome reaction.
Resharing an Instagram post with Madden NFL 25’s cover, Culpo wrote:
“So cool.”
The reaction came just a few days after Olivia Culpo shared a sneak peek into the birthday celebrations of her fiance Christian McCaffrey. The supermodel also shared a dedicated Instagram post wishing the 49ers star, in which Culpo said she “can’t wait to marry” McCaffrey.
Talking about McCaffrey, after the Madden NFL 25 cover announcement, the 49ers star revealed how he was shocked about becoming the face of the game. In fact, he noted that he never expected to be on the cover page.

Post the cover announcement, Christian McCaffrey sat in an interview with PEOPLE in Las Angeles. In the interview, the running back shared his reaction to being announced as cover face for Madden NFL 25. Expressing shock towards the news, McCaffrey said:
“This is a dream come true. I never expected to be on the cover of Madden. It’s something that I never even envisioned myself doing or accomplishing. So, when I got the call, I felt unbelievably grateful. I was genuinely shocked, but happy and excited and all of the emotions.”
Going forward in the interview, McCaffrey revealed how he grew up playing the 2001 edition of the game with his brothers. Back then, it was Eddie George on the cover, and the 49ers star recalled playing the game on their Nintendo 64.
“I have three brothers and there were four controllers, so it was perfect. We’d do two on two and we’d play with the Broncos, when you had my dad and Rod Smith and Terrell Davis and all those guys. So it was just a lot of fun,” McCaffrey revealed.
Christian McCaffrey also explained how, during the time of the cover shoot, he had no idea whether or not he’d make it. And that’s the reason why he kept the news from even his parents and everyone else. Nevertheless, shooting the cover wasn’t easy for the RB.
“The core part of me doesn’t like it. But if you’re shooting for the cover of Madden, you better learn to like the camera. I’ve just tried to soak in this whole thing and enjoy it while it’s happening,” McCaffrey elaborated.
Concluding his statement, the 28-year-old expressed how he had a great time and lots of fun while shooting for the cover. McCaffrey also claimed that Madden NFL 25 is going to be his most played game ever.
